Great quality hair. Is my 4th wig that I purchased from them. Has a smell but nothing that a wash in fabric softener won’t get outThis headband wig is really nice, it takes product well and looks really pretty. Only thing negative is it sheds…but that doesn’t out weigh all the good! I have 20inWhen I received this unit it was balled up and it’s package no clear plastic bag no hair net. The unit came with 2 headbands. I have attached pictures after I washed and conditioned it to show the actual silk and Luster. Still I will return this unit as soft as it is it’s too thin and the length was not as expected.This was my first headband wig and will not be my last! Great unit, beautiful hair, extremely soft, gorgeous curls!! It was a bit tight, but not uncomfortable enough to discourage me from using it. Minimal shedding. The unit did had a slight unpleasant odor. After washing it three times, it was faint enough not to notice too much. I would have rated 5 stars if not for the odor, as it is a really great unit overall. Very attractive, natural appearance, and super easy to install!!The hair is beautiful but the wig is thin. :-(Wig lacked body nevertheless it can be styles to perfection...also it is wise to purchase your own headband when buying the wig ...all in all it was a good buy for the price and I definitely recommendSent back
